Yeah, you need some kind of Super User app. SuperSU is a good one. I am curious if you downloaded the nearly upward to date one?

Yeah I tried rerooting the phone. Reinstalled SuperSU. Same issue. So I reboot my phone. And so SuperSU says I need to reroot because it doesn't have a binary for 4.3. Which is weird because I'yard on 4.4.2.

Yes I tried rerooting the telephone. Reinstalled SuperSU. Aforementioned upshot. Then I reboot my phone. And then SuperSU says I need to reroot because information technology doesn't have a binary for 4.3. Which is weird because I'm on iv.4.ii.

You mean the one for uninstalling? I tried that. I but pressed restart though. I can't get adb reboot to work. It keeps saying device non detected.

Is the device pin locked? Yous accept USB debugging checked in programmer options?

And not to hijack the thread, just I just downloaded and ran Sunshine South-Off. It rebooted my telephone. Now weak sauce says I'm rooted and Will not permit me run the program again. But Supersu and Sunshine and Root Checker now says that I am not rooted.

Sorry. A reboot fixed my root, s-off issue. The Super User app persists.

I'm trying to root my m8 for the first time and am experiencing the exact aforementioned matter..... It says at that place is no SU Binary installed and Supersu cannot install it. Whatsoever ideas why?

No, i used weaksauce to root my verizon m8 and it is working fine without superuser or supersu. I can use root just fine.

I'k having trouble installing the super su app too. Weaksauce worked only that's where I'1000 stuck.

Yeah someone outlined some possible solutions on the CDA thread though, I haven't tried them still because I don't call up I'll go a custom ROM on it.

re-root your phone.
If yous do information technology with an one click app, download the lastest. And try over again.

The only matter that worked for me was running Sunshine to get S off. Then I ran Kingroot (you lot can google the app) to go temp root and installed SuperSU.
After that I removed Kingroot and with S off and SuperSU information technology works fine on 5.0.1.

To get the kingroot.com you lot tin can either root through the android app or through the windows program.
